What does the verified badge actually prove?
That your REPs registration is real and current. We mirror the official register and check your number against it — then re-check every night, so a lapsed registration means a lapsed badge. The badge on your page links to your entry on the register itself; anyone can tap it and see the source. We never sell the badge, and you cannot buy it: you earn it by being registered.
I'm not REPs registered — can I still use the page?
Yes. The link, packages, bookings, WhatsApp and email capture all work without it — you just don't carry the badge until your registration checks out. If you're mid-application, your page is ready the day the register lists you.
How do clients book me?
You set your weekly hours once in the editor. Your page then offers a free intro call — clients pick a slot in three taps, you get an email instantly, and the calendar blocks the slot. Paid sessions and packages run through Stripe when you switch payments on (a platform fee of 8%, or 5% on Pro, applies to paid bookings only), or through WhatsApp the way you already close today.
